Family background:

I am staying at Mdentsone with my mother and two younger brother and sister, together with our cousins (5).

What problems does your community face?
Lack of skills.  Unemployment and high crime.

How can you solve the problems?

By helping in community based structures which provides skills to the people to fight unemployment.

What interest you most about your chosen career?
There are very few microbiologists especially amongst blacks and our society is the worst victim of disease explosion like Aids.

How do you see your future career in a changing South Africa?

To make sure that the health of the people is safe, any state or government has to take specialists to monitor that.  In food, water supplying and brewing industries will be needed too.

What student/community organizations are you a member of?
Sausco Fort Hare branch (Labour officer) executive member.  Vice chairman, Science Society Fort Hare.
